So, the best thing to do is make your own.
You can find these super foods in most supermarkets.
But, the real secret is in the ingredients.
This recipe calls for just about anything.
For example, prawn soup.
Or, a salad with prawn, carrots, cucumber, tomato, onions and other ingredients.
You can also use chicken stock or fish stock, and it will all come together in a bowl.
And, you can mix up the ingredients into soups, stews and salads.
For this recipe, I used chicken stock.
It makes a delicious stock.
You could also use vegetable stock.
Chicken stock is high in omega-3 fatty acids.
Then, I added garlic and oregano.

Once you have all that, you’re ready to make your super food.
Make the soup To make the super food, I mixed together chicken stock and vegetable stock, then added garlic, oreganos and fresh herbs to the stock.
It’s best to use just a small amount of stock, but you could make it with more or less.
I then added about a teaspoon of sea salted sea water to the mix.
Next, I stirred the stock and chicken stock into the soup.
This is a good way to get the flavors mixed and add in the herbs and garlic.
When you’re done adding the stock, add the soup and the herbs.

Make the stews or salads You can make any kind of stews.
I like to make prawn stews because they have such a fresh, sweet flavor.
You’re going to want to use this recipe to make all kinds of stools and salads, but this one is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
In a bowl, mix up all the ingredients for the stools, like a pot of noodles.
Add the prawn stock to the pot.
Cover the pot and let it cook for a couple of hours.
Stews can be served warm or chilled.
To make the salad I added shredded chicken and chopped green onions to the stalks.
The greens add a nice flavor and brightness to the dish.
The chicken adds a good crunch to the salad.
Next, add a handful of lettuce, cucumbers, carrots and onions.
Let the salad sit for a few hours.
Then, peel off the skins and shred.
Place the shredded chicken on the salad, cut it up, and mix the greens with the shredded and shredded chicken.
