The first restaurant I ever saw opened on a deserted island in the Caribbean, and it was one of the first restaurants I ever went to.
I was 11 years old, living in the US, and this place was the coolest thing I’d ever seen.
A friend of mine had an order of fried chicken that was on the menu and when I ordered it, the chef said he could not cook it because the chicken was too fat.
So I said, ‘How do I make it fat?’
He said, I can’t make it so fat.
I don’t know if I was a bit disappointed, but I wasn’t disappointed in that restaurant either.
I thought, this is great.
And the first thing I did was to read the menu.
And it was like, you have to have the chicken fat.
And I thought: this is a great idea.
The next thing I wanted to do was go to the nearest McDonalds and order a cheeseburger, which was what I did.
After that, I thought I’d do it for all of the restaurants.
And now I can do it in all the restaurants I go to.
